How to build Minifigure weaponry (firearms)

             I decided I would dedicate this blog to my own builds and Lego ideas entries, now that I've already written a bit about the history of Lego. I'll also add how to build small Lego builds for your minifigures, vehicles, castles, spaceships and more. So here I show to build a intricate and not so intricate weapons for your minifgures. You can use them for your own builds or to impress your friends.

This is the first weapon. The next pictures will show how to build it and the pieces you need.

For this gun you need :
One 3l black bar
Two black Technic connector pins
One harpoon gun
One blach minifigure hand
One black flexible tube
One 1x1 black round brick
Two black1x1 round plates
One light gray 1x1 cone brick
One 1x1 light gray modified plate with clip on the side
One 1x1 black plate with clip on top

This next picture shows you what the tubing is used for.

Hands fit into tubing, however the tubing is much to long to use for the hilt of a gun, which is what we need it for. So you have to cut some of it off with scissors. This is a trick used a lot by AFOLs and the Lego designer team when they need a bar (or gun hilt) in a hurry.

Now we connect the pieces to form these two parts which come together to form a very detailed gun.

The next weapon involves no cutting and you need a lot less pieces that are lot less rare. Unfortunately this means this gun is a lot less detailed.

This gun is perfect if you're going for quantity. These are the pieces you need.
One star wars medium blaster (black)
One black nozzle shaft
One 1x1 black plate with clip
One 1x1 round plate with hole in middle

Put the blaster into the 1x1 round plate wit hole in the middle, but leave enough space for the small pistol. Then put on the 1x1 plate with clip on top of the structure but not all the way, because it won't fit.
